Before the court for consideration is defendant Adam C. Stewart’s pre*455liminary objections filed in response to the plaintiffs’ complaint in the above-captioned case. For the following reasons the defendant’s preliminary objections are denied.

The complaint alleges that on May 27,2005, the plaintiffs, Flelen and David Brueckner, were involved in an automobile accident with the defendant.
