This is an original proceeding in this court 'brought by the Wether-bee Electric Company and its insurance carrier, as petitioners, to obtain a review of an award m'ade by the State Industrial Commission in favor of the respondent J. C. Collier. The parties will hereinafter be referred to as petitioners and respondent. ’
