The Virginia Railway and Power Company filed its petition in the Circuit Court of the city of Richmond, praying a mandamus against Charles O. Saville, clerk of the Chan-*446eery Court oí the city of Richmond, to compel him to place upon the records of his office an agreement between the Virginia Railway and Power Company and the Equitable Trust Company of New York.
