THIS CAUSE has come before the Court on Defendant, Careplus Health Plans, Inc.’s (“CarePlus”) Motion to Dismiss Complaint [ECF No. 5]. Plaintiff Ein-horn commenced this action in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, alleging that CarePlus violated the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, Fla.
