P. 60(b)(1) motion to set aside the court's judgment entered in favor of defendants, Douglas County, Colorado; Douglas County Sherviff's Office; David A. Weaver, Douglas County Sheriff; and Greg A. Black, Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy. We affirm.
