Shuler v. Independent Sand & Gravel Co.

In 1911 the Linden Heights Company was incorporated. It acquired a tract of property in the 'southwest part of the city of Des Moines, and caused said property to be platted as Linden Heights. A civil engineer surveyed the land and prepared a plat,.which was afterwards presented to the city council, and approved by it in April, 1913.
