This case arises from a finding by the National Labor Relations Board, 280 N.L. R.B. 125 (1986), that the Piggly Wiggly in Pikeville, Kentucky, violated sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3), when it coercively threatened and interrogated its employees during a union organizing campaign and when it discharged two employees because of their involvement in the attempt to organize.
