Appellant brought suit against appellee, alleging an account indebtedness arising out of four retail installment sales contracts. Appellee answered, setting forth affirmative defenses, denying any indebtedness, arid counterclaimed, alleging that the contracts sued upon were in violation of certain regulations established by the Truth in Lending Act, 15 USCA, § 1601 et seq., thereby entitling appellee to the civil remedies afforded by 15 USCA, § 1640.
