I! Pamela A. Savoie appeals from a trial court ruling that denied her motion to set aside a judgment dismissing her action on the grounds of abandonment. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On November 3, 2004, Ms. Savoie filed a petition for damages against Lamarque Ford, Inc., and Robert “Michael” Rolf (collectively hereinafter “Lamarque”), alleging employment discrimination.1 Thereafter, on December 20, 2004, Lamarque filed an answer denying the allegations of discrimination contained therein and setting forth affirmative defenses.…
