INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Mark Lester instituted this action against defendants J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) and Washington Mutual Bank (‘WaMu”) to, among other things, stop Chase from foreclosing on his home. See generally Complaint, ECF No. I.1 Chase now moves to dismiss Mr. Lester’s complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
