The Supreme Court of the United States granted certiorari of this Court’s opinion in Hanson, et al., v. American National Bank, Ky., 844 S.W.2d 408 (1992). By virtue of the Writ of Certiorari and the Court’s order, — U.S. —, 113 S.Ct. 3029, 125 L.Ed.2d 717 (1993), the judgment was vacated and the case remanded for further consideration in light of TXO Products Corp. v.
