MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOHNSON, Senior District Judge:

Plaintiff Musya Korotkova (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against Defendant United States of America (“United States”) pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (“FTCA”), 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-80, and the Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution. In short, in this slip-and-fall case, the plaintiff alleges she slipped and fell on the ice, while skating recreationally at an ice rink, and that the United States is liable for unspecified injuries.
