The appellant, Prank L. Love, filed an application on June 4, 1952, with the Mississippi State Board of Veterinary Examiners, asking that he be granted a license to practice veterinary medicine, veterinary surgery and veterinary dentistry in the State of Mississippi, under authority of Section 6 of Chapter 371, Laws of 1946.
