On Rehearing.

On rehearing appellant presents the following points:

First. “The facts in this case control its disposition. Findings of fact not supported by evidence, conclusion of law, and discussions of authorities, do not bind appellant or appellees. They are bound by the (acts before Your Honors.” This proposition does not have support in our jurisprudence.
