| ]Appellant Charles A. Schroeder appeals the March 3, 2017 order denying him affirmative injunctive relief to access a certain road next to his property. 1 The Benton County Circuit Court denied Schroeder’s request for a temporary restraining order and injunction, and the case proceeded to a bench trial. After a trial on the merits, the circuit court determined that Schroeder and the public had no right- to use the road.
