The plaintiffs in this appeal are permittees of establishments that dispense alcoholic beverages and also provide live entertainment by female dancers. Pursuant to General Statutes § 4-183,1 the plaintiffs sought *457judicial review in the trial court from decisions of the department of liquor control (department) suspending their liquor permits. The trial court upheld the department’s suspensions.
