This case came before the Court on the Defendant’s Demurrer to a motion for judgment based upon the Defendant’s alleged use without permission of the plaintiffs name in an internet address for the defendant’s business which competes with the plaintiffs horse brokering business. The parties had previously argued their positions, and the court requested that they file memoranda of authorities.
