Warren County Concrete, L.L.C. (‘WCC”) appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing its claims against Peoples Bank & Trust Co. (“Bank”), and Warren County Title and Abstract Company and Warren County Title Company 1 (collectively referred to herein as “Title Company”) on the grounds that the claims were barred by the statute of limitations. 2 We reverse and remand.

I. BACKGROUND
