The defendant was charged in a bill of information with the embezzlement of $350, the property of the Menger-Fisher Motor Company, and on trial was convicted of the crime of obtaining said amount by false pretenses. He was sentenced to serve one year at hard labor, and appealed.(1) We find in the record four bills of exception.
