This is an appeal from an order of the district court in and for the county of Esmeralda, denying appellants’ demand and motion for a change of venue. The action *184is for a dissolution of partnership and an accounting, and the complaint was filed in the district court of said county on July 16, 1918. On the same day the complaint and summons was served on the defendants in the county, and on July 26, 1918, the following stipulation, signed by the respective attorneys, was filed:
