DIXON, Judge:

Appellant, Enerfab, Inc., appeals from an order of the Boyd Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of Appel-lee, Kentucky Power Company, and enforcing an indemnity clause in the parties’ contract.

Kentucky Power is a utility company that generates, transmits and distributes electricity in Eastern Kentucky. Kentucky Power is an affiliate of American Electric Power Service Corporation (“AEPSC”) and a subsidiary of American Electric Power (“AEP”).
