Appellant brought this action against appellee for freight charges on a carload of lumber shipped from Simmesport, Louisiana to Sturgis, Michigan. Upon proper request the facts were specially found and the court stated its conclusions of law thereon, which were two in number. Judgment upon the conclusions of law was rendered in favor of appel lee. No question is raised in this appeal as to the correctness of the findings of fact.
