Plaintiff Wanda Maldonado-González initiated this action against her employer — the Police Department of Puerto Rico (“PDPR”) — and a number of PRPD officers, alleging sex discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; federal constitutional violations; and violations of Puerto Rico law.
