Before the Court is David I. Jaffe’s (“Jaffe”) motion for summary judgment on his complaint to determine a debt of Debtors Michael and Debra E. Dawson (collectively, the “Dawsons”) to be nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A). 1 The Court acquires core matter jurisdiction over this proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(J) and General Order No. 84 of this District.
