OPINION

By ROSS, J.:

This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, allowing the plaintiff to participate in the State Insurance Fund by reason of the death of her husband, an employee of the Crosley Corporation. The case was tried to the Court without a jury.

The immediate cause of the employee’s death was “acute cardiac dilation, secondary to chronic endocarditis.”
