The plaintiff, Antonia Spina, (appellant here,) filed an amended complaint for divorce in the superior court of Cook county against the defendant, Leonardo Spina. She also asked a finding of ownership of a one-half interest in an improved parcel of real estate conveyed to defendant and herself as joint tenants, an accounting of rents and other joint funds, and the appointment of a receiver.
