Nathaniel J. Stephens appeals the judgment of his convictions, after a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, of forcible rape, § 566.030; 1 two counts of assault in the first degree, § 565,050; kidnapping, § 565.110; and robbery in the second degree, § 569.030.
