State Farm Mutual Insurance Company seeks herein an adjudication under the Federal Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U. S.C.A. § 400, against Patton’s, Inc., and twelve injured bus passengers of its liability under its policy covering Patton’s laundry truck, operated by Patton’s driver McRae, while allegedly about business of his own at the time of a collision with a Greensboro-Fayetteville or Queen City bus driven by Stone, in which McRae was killed, his administrator and the bus companies and their driver having been added as parties defendant on motion of the insurer…
