The Surrogate.
The testator after directing the payment of his funeral expenses and debts out of the property belonging to him, in the firm of Andrew Lester & Co., bequeathed his interest in the assets of the firm, and of the late firm of Lester, Holmes & Co., unto Andrew Lester, upon several “ conditions cmd regulations,” the last of which *214was, “ that he gi/ve to Jeremiah U.
