Memorandum.
The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, with costs, and the certified question answered in the affirmative.
The primary issue on this appeal is whether Supreme Court abused its discretion in awarding compensation to a guardian ad litem who was appointed, sua sponte, on behalf of the couple’s disabled adult child during the pendency of this matrimonial action, which included a dispute over the financial, medical and custodial arrangements for the child.
