THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion and Memorandum Brief to Suppress Evidence Recovered From the Defendants’ [sic] Vehicle and Post-Arrest Statements of the Defendant, filed November 30, 2011 (Doc. 31)(“Motion to Suppress”).
