Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed April 17, 2014, which ruled, among other things, that the State Insurance Fund was not entitled to the payment of interest from the Special Fund for Reopened Cases on certain payments for claimant’s medical expenses pursuant to Workers’ Compensation Law § 25 (1) (i).
