THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on October 24 and November 6, 1989, upon the consolidated trial upon the Plaintiff, Marika Tolz, Trustee, Tagsold Charter, Inc., and Barnett Bank of South Florida N.A.’s complaint objecting to the discharge of the Defendants, Gary L. Levine and Lora L.
