Based upon the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in the attached Order of the Court, Debtors’ discharges are denied pursuant to § 727(a)(3). 1

THIS MATTER comes before the Court for trial upon Transworld, Inc.’s (“Trans-world” or “Plaintiff’) complaints (the “Complaints”) objecting to the discharges of Ginio Volpe (“Volpe”) and Richard James McDonough (“McDonough”) (collectively, the “Debtors”).
