delivered the opinion of the court.

Maude Enochs, the defendant in error, who was plaintiff in the court below, instituted this action of trespass in the circuit court of Champaign county against the plaintiff in error, Richard Trevett, to recover damages for injuries which she sustained in coming in contact with the defendant’s automobile in crossing Wright street, in the City of Champaign. The injuries are alleged to have been the result of a wilful violation of the Motor Vehicles Act, and a wilful violation also of an ordinance of the City of Champaign. The case…
