In this case, we decide whether the court of appeals correctly reversed the trial court’s dismissal of two of David Floyd’s tort claims against his former employer, the Coors Brewing Company (Coors). We hold that Floyd failed to state a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress by outrageous conduct because Coors’s alleged behavior does not rise to the high level of outrageous conduct required under our case law.
