¶1 Thomas J. Vu appeals his convictions for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a second degree felony, see Utah Code Ann.’ §§ 58-37-4(2)(b)(iii)(B), - 8(l)(a)(iii), -8(l)(b)(i) (LexisNexis 2016), and possession of a firearm by a restricted person,' also a second degree felony, see id. § 76-10-603(2)(a) (2012).
