Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Hard, J.), entered April 28, 2015 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Parole denying petitioner’s request for parole release.

Following a fatal automobile accident that occurred as a result of petitioner driving under the influence of alcohol, he was convicted of a number of crimes, the most serious of which was manslaughter in the second degree, and was sentenced to an aggregate prison term of 5 to 15 years.
