Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connolly, J.), entered February 5, 2015 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Parole denying petitioner’s request for parole release.
Petitioner was convicted in 2012 of grand larceny in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree after he stole funds from an elderly woman while acting as her financial advisor.
