The question presented in this caséis: Are the plaintiffs entitled to a mandatory injunction to compel the defendant city to repair a bridge which it constructed over a portion of a reservoir it was establishing to furnish water to its inhabitants, in substitution for a highway bridge previously existing across a stream which was merged into the reservoir? The plaintiffs are two towns, the dividing line between which ran in the course of the stream under the old bridge and now rúns in the bed of the reservoir under the new bridge, and an individual who owns land abutting a highway connecting…
