State v. KADIN

The state appeals from a pretrial order suppressing evidence. It argues that the trial court erred in holding that the warrant did not authorize a search of defendants’ premises. We agree and reverse.

While working as a detective with the Medford Police Department, Officer Gary Hatten received information from a confidential reliable informant regarding defendants’ alleged drug activity.
