These appeals are taken from an order and decree 1 entered by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma springing from a finding that appellants were in civil contempt for disregarding a temporary restraining order issued by the court. The restraining order had been directed to “Hyde Construction Company, Inc., its attorneys, agents, and all persons acting in concert therewith” and required them to cease and desist from proceeding with a civil action then pending in the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County,…
