Plaintiff Kearney Commercial Bank appeals from a judgment of the circuit court dismissing its petition to invoke the equitable remedy of interpleader by requiring defendant Madonna R. Deiter, Administra-trix of the Estate of Lewis L. Deiter, deceased, and defendant First National Bank of Liberty, Missouri, to interplead and litigate their conflicting claims to the sum of $9,700.80, held by plaintiff bank as a deposit to the account of defendant ad-ministratrix.
