This action was brought to recover commissions claimed to have been earned by the plaintiffs as subagents for the defendants in the sale of certain lands situated in Colorado. Plaintiffs were land agents, whose place of business was in Lincoln, Nebraska. Defendants were in the same business in Colorado Springs, Colorado. There are six causes of action set forth in the petition.
