At the time of filing his petition for naturalization, viz., September 20, 1907, Martorana produced as one of the witnesses in his behalf Lorella S. Martorana, Ijis wife. It developed at the hearing on January 13, 1908, that Mrs. Martorana was born in the United States and resided here all her life, and that she was mar*1015ried to petitioner on May 7, 1907.
