Appeal from Oerro Gordo District Court — -Hon. Clifford Smith, -Judge. Defendant was indicted for the crime of killing Ed Bromley. On being tried to a jury, she was convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced to a term of two years in the state penitentiary. She appeals.
