This case comes before the court on Plaintiffs’, Thomas Snitzer and River Village West LLC’s, motion for reconsideration of an order staying the litigation. Defendant, The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company (“Peoples”) subsequently moved the Court to reconsider Defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings.
