MUNGER, District Judge.
An order was heretofore entered in this court, reciting a conviction of the respondent in this court of the offense of the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor, in violation of the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1923, § 10138% et seq.), and directing .the respondent to show cause why he should not be disbarred from practicing as an attorney of this court. A return to the rule was made, and upon a trial of the issues, it appeared from the pleadings and evidence that the respondent is of the age of 48 years, and was admitted to the bar of this court…
