This matter came before the Court for trial on the issues of liability and damages against the lone remaining party, William Howard, on April 11, 2012. At the conclusion of the Plaintiff’s evidence, counsel for William Howard made a motion to strike, which the Court took under advisement. On April 12,2012, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Plaintiffs in the amount of $278,737.17.
