D.A.C. (husband) and L.M.C. (wife) were divorced after a four-day trial in 2013, and thereafter continued to litigate a number of matters in the Probate and Family Court, the Superior Court, and this court. In the case before us, each party filed a complaint for civil contempt; after a trial, a judge of the Probate and Family Court (who was not the judge who presided at the divorce trial) issued a contempt judgment against the husband on the wife's complaint.
